FlipNarrative is pleased to announce that they have optioned best-selling author Shannon Chakraborty’s latest novel “The Adventures of Amina al-Sirafi,” which is the first of a trilogy published by Harper Voyager and a New York Times bestseller. FlipNarrative is currently developing the IP into a multi-season series and gaming platform.

FlipNarrative founders Waleed and Joana Zuaiter joined more than other 180 cultural leaders from around the world to speak about current global issues at the Culture Summit 2022 in Abu Dhabi. “A Living Culture” was the theme for the Summit, where global leaders in art, entertainment, heritage and technology gathered to examine the ways in which culture can transform societies and communities. Waleed and Joana addressed the concept of “What Being a Global Citizen Means as an Arab Artist Today?” The speaker session was moderated by former Head of ImageNation Abu Dhabi and Editor-in-Chief of The National, Mohammed Al Otaiba.

FlipNarrative founder, producer and acclaimed actor Waleed Zuaiter stars in season 2 of the thrilling crime series “Gangs of London”. Zuaiter portrays the terrifying Georgian villain Koba, whose character is set loose on the streets of the English capital to regain control for the powers who ultimately control the London underworld. The ultra-violent show is a co-production between the UK’s Sky Atlantic and US entertainment giant AMC.

This educational initiative is focused on the development of talent in the entertainment industry, particularly within the Middle East and North African regions at first.
